DP World has a strong track record in sport through major sponsorships and logistics partnerships. Alongside golf, where it sponsors the DP World Tour and the Ryder Cup, the brand also supports cricket, Formula 1, and rugby. Maverick Social partnered with DP World through their agency, 160over90, to deliver a suite of dynamic content during the Turkish Airlines Open 2025, alongside additional campaigns at the Munich Open and BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth.

Our goal was to bring DP World’s global logistics and sports sponsorship story to life through creative, narrative-driven content. Working closely with the 160over90 team, we developed multiple video concepts that blended brand storytelling, entertainment, and sport. Our five-person crew captured content over six days in Turkey, producing everything from documentary pieces to fun challenges and daily social media updates.

This light-hearted, fast-paced video was designed to spotlight DP World’s logistics solution, Groupage, in a fun and accessible way. We paired members of DP World’s senior leadership team with DP World Tour golfers in a timed challenge to pack oversized items into a shipping container. The result was an upbeat, engaging piece that humanised the brand while highlighting its logistical expertise and connection to golf.

The hero film for the Turkish Airlines Open captured the full DP World presence across the week — from hospitality activations and Pro-Am moments to behind-the-scenes logistics and on-course branding. Fast-paced editing, branded overlays, and dynamic music brought the energy of the event to life, creating a film that felt powerful, premium, and unmistakably DP World.

Shot at Regnum Carya Golf Course, this film focused on the agronomy team’s precision and craftsmanship in preparing a DP World Tour course. Guided by a poetic voiceover, the piece offered a calm and reflective look at the human skill behind world-class golf. The story captured the shared values of excellence, care, and dedication that connect DP World to the sport.
